Jimmy Reed has an extensive background in the field of Real Estate Investing having bought, sold and managed over 300 units all by the age of thirty. Jimmy began his investment career while still working full time in electronics. While working there he purchased his first home. Soon after that first purchase Jimmy started wholesaling properties to local investors on a regular basis. Having developed a solid understanding of Quick-Turn real estate investing, Jimmy went on to work in the area of Rentals, buying them to hold long term for cash flow, and appreciation.

After several years of success a local Investor approached Jimmy to be involved with one of the countries top seminar organizations. In May of 1997 he began teaching for that seminar company and along with others helped develop some of the materials used in their 3 day camps and one on one training programs held around the country. These "training's" put Jimmy in some of the hottest markets in the country such as Hawaii, New York, and even Cozumel, Mexico.

Currently, Jimmy is a Co-founder of the Fort Worth real estate club REIO-FW. He also founded both Real Estate Equity Development and Reed Investment Property both of which are companies that specialize in the buying and selling of wholesale real estate. These companies also help investors learn about the exciting opportunities in wholesale real estate investing while creating residual income through rental properties for cash flow. Jimmy actively practices what he preaches and currently holds rental property in Texas for cash flow. When he is not busy buying property or conducting real estate training, Jimmy enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Rachell, and their two children. He also is an active scuba diver, and has been involved as a Youth leader and financial trainer for his church.
