Mike and Mary Jones

My name is Mary Morton Jones. I grew up in White Settlement and graduated from Brewer High School. My husband, Mike and I both graduated from the University of North Texas in Denton. We have been married 31 years. We have two children. Chad graduated from UNT also and is working at DART full time as a para-transit driver and at KVIL 103.7 Lite FM part time as a promotions assistant. Nickie will graduate from Tyler Junior College in Tyler with an Associates Degree in May 2008.

Mike and I have owned homes in Carrollton, Farmers Branch and Forney. We look for properties in the Eastern part of Dallas County, which includes Mesquite, Garland, Rowlett and Rockwall. We also look at properties in Crandall, Terrell, Kaufman and Forney. We do some rehabs but we also look for flips(wholesale deals) in these areas to sell to other investors. We have 2 rental properties at this time and will purchase additional properties this year.

Debbie Dodge

My name is Debbie Dodge, and I live in Keller. I am married and work on a full time basis at the Alliance Airport. My husband Bill Dodge recently retired from federal service after 30 years. We began in real estate investing approximately 2 years ago and developed BD Real Estate Solutions also known as "Debbie Buys Houses". We specialize in buying wholesale single family and duplex properties in the North Tarrant County area, which we renovate, rent, resale or sell to other investors.

Hi my name is Sam Watson. Currently I reside in North Richland Hills with my girlfriend and son. They are my biggest blessing. I have a background in art as well as 3d animation and web design. David Adkins

I live in Lake Worth and am blessed to reside on the lake! My family and I enjoy boating and lake living a great deal. My father, B.D. Adkins has been a huge inspiration in my life and numerous others with his knowledge and love of real estate. I enjoy the continuing education I receive from him and in volunteering for various groups in the metroplex such as REIO.
